The service and these draft terms
Vidroles is a platform for presenting creative work, posting opportunities, applying and communicating. These draft terms are prepared for the invite-password beta. They are not effective terms and are not an agreement you are being asked to accept yet.
Vidroles is operated by Overluce GbR. Eligibility rules and the remaining legal and operational provisions must be reviewed before these terms are activated.
Accounts and access
Use accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and use only accounts or company workspaces you are authorized to control. Do not share the beta invite password outside the intended cohort or try to restore revoked access through a new account.
Age eligibility is awaiting the operator’s decision. Access to the beta does not establish permission to use another person’s work, channel or personal information.
Your working relationships
Vidroles is not the employer, agent or contracting party for collaborations between members. The beta has no checkout, escrow or paid subscriptions. Members agree payment, taxes, employment status, deliverables, intellectual property and disputes directly, subject to the laws that apply to them.
A listing, profile, imported metric or confirmation does not guarantee the accuracy of every claim, a successful hire, payment or a particular result. Make appropriate checks before entering an agreement.
Content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You must have the rights needed to share it and must respect confidentiality and other people’s privacy. The proposed service license is limited to hosting, processing, displaying and delivering that content for the features and audiences you choose.
Published profiles may be included in discovery and the minimal ranked homepage selection. Applications preserve submitted snapshots; unpublishing the source profile does not remove those records. A broader marketing license or transfer of ownership is not part of these draft terms.
Use the platform responsibly
Do not use Vidroles for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, rights infringement, malicious software, unauthorized scraping or attempts to defeat security controls. Describe your actual contribution and post real opportunities with clear expectations.
Content or account access may be restricted when required by law, to address harmful conduct or to protect the service. The final terms must explain the operator’s notice, reasons and review process, including applicable legal rights.
YouTube and other services
Vidroles uses YouTube API Services. Use of the YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google sign-in and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Read-only channel authorization is separate from ordinary Google login. Public channel data is not ownership proof; a work confirmation applies to the contribution reviewed and can be revoked or become stale.
Beta availability and legal rights
The beta can change, experience interruptions or lose functionality. Keep your own copies of important work and agreements. No particular availability level, backup recovery promise or project outcome is offered.
Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The operator must obtain appropriate review before adding liability limits, governing law, jurisdiction or dispute clauses; none is invented here.
Leaving and changes
You can unpublish your profile and stop using the platform. Account deletion requires a separate manual request and review of shared records. Closing your browser or disconnecting Google does not delete your account.
An effective date and notice process for future material changes will be added when these terms are finalized.
