Be accurate about your work
Describe your actual contribution, not the entire team’s work. Only upload media you have permission to share. Respect client confidentiality and explain collaborative projects clearly.
Do not invent clients, inflate results, impersonate a channel or seek a confirmation for work you did not do. A public YouTube link, subscriber count or channel photo is not proof of ownership or verified work.
Post real, clear opportunities
Use accurate company and role information, realistic budgets, clear payment units and meaningful expectations. Say whether a role is freelance, part-time or full-time and disclose material requirements.
Do not post scams, misleading unpaid trials, unlawful discriminatory requirements or requests for illegal work. Never ask an applicant to pay to obtain a job or disclose passwords, recovery codes or financial credentials.
Respect the person on the other side
Keep messages relevant and professional. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing and repeated unwanted contact have no place here. Do not redistribute private applications or conversations without a legitimate reason and permission where required.
Do not scrape private data, evade access restrictions, send bulk spam, upload malicious files or interfere with someone else’s account.
Agree the details before starting
Discuss deliverables, revisions, rights, deadlines and payment in writing. Vidroles helps people connect; it does not employ talent, hold funds, guarantee payment or resolve contractual disputes for you.
Raise concerns with context
Reports should identify the content, explain the concern and include a reply address. Relevant context helps a human reviewer assess the issue fairly. Do not organize false reports or retaliate against someone who raises a concern.
Content or access may need to be restricted where conduct breaks the applicable rules or law. If you disagree with a decision, request a review with the relevant information.
